The hotel is rustic, but overall well-preserved. The staff is kind, however I didn't receive the benefits for VIP members, the free tour was not offered at arrival nor the room upgrade and neither the late check-out. The location is somehow near the center of Valle de bravo; I got a room that was on the corner (room 9) and was noisy because both surrounding streets have people and cars driving by. It has parking space on a property across the street. The restaurant is average, the food was not particularly good. However the bed and bathroom was comfortable, it has a small fridge and safebox to keep valuable items. Overall it was a good stay but could have been better.

Nuestro viaje fue en pareja, y por descanso, encontramos el lugar ideal, muy cómodo, seguro, instalaciones de primera, los servicios que ofrece el hotel son muy profesionales, amenidades en habitación muy lindas todo de gran calidad. Los alimentos deliciosos, no te puedes ir sin probar las pizzas y los mojitos. Todo el personal muy amable y servicial. En verdad deseamos volver pronto.

Limpieza y ubicación excelente.
Los dos únicos "inconvenientes" fueron que el closet era un poco pequeño, y que el frigobar enfriaba poquito, pero no fue un gran problema (nuestra estancia fue cerca de Navidad). A mi familia y a mí nos gustó mucho la decoración con plantas en las áreas comunes, y que la habitación fue amplia, muy limpia, camas confortables, la ubicación excelente porque está como a cuatro cuadras en linea recta del centro y llegabas en cinco minutos, pero en la noche no se oía el ruido de ahí, además la atención en recepción fue muy amable y el desayuno incluido muy sabroso. Por supuesto que regresaremos!! :)
