"We love the onsen because it is quiet and spacious. Also, we like the hotel room as it is spacious and the beds are quite comfortable and really clean. The hotel’s breakfast buffet doesn’t have many food available though but my kids love it. I recommend the corn soup in the breakfast buffet because it is nice and warm, perfect for someone who is looking for something warm. The hotel is also very close to the airport, 24 hour supermarket and outlets. Very convenient for us. We will come to stay again. "

"This was my first visit to Japan. I can’t believe the cleanliness of the place. It was easy to walk to the shopping areas around the hotel. The hotel room was very spacious (bigger than I expected). The hardest part was finding the rooms on the floor. It was rather complicated. Not the usual hallway rooms on left or right. "

"Loved it! So clean and what a great location (just next door to JR station). There are two adjacent shopping malls, Daiso is nearby, food options aplenty. The front desk staff are super professional and go over and beyond by thinking about the customer's needs. There is a free curry rice dinner service as long as you are a hotel guest (whoa!). There is no microwave oven in the hotel, but if you bring your food to the front desk they will heat it for you! "

"Easy commute to and from the airport,train is a 1 minute walk from hotel. Restaurant and shops around the area are nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable to stay in. The staff is very friendly and accessible. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in izumisano!"
