"Staff were incredible, sent my parents on a trip to lake garda and they went above and beyond to help me when they ended up getting stranded due to public transport strikes etc. Really couldn't fault them, all the staff at aktiv hotel from booking to check out were fantastic! Couldn't recommend them highly enough! "

"Very friendly staff, amazing view and also great pool. Was open despite it being just out of season. Breakfast is amazing, with delicious traditional cheeses, eggs made to order, Salmon, typical Italian sweet breakfast and good coffee. The bed was not that good for my back, but then I am very fussy. Would definitely return. "
