The security of having to scan your room key in the elevators was very comforting. We had a few minor issues while staying, the staff was at our door within minutes to make sure it was fixed. Exception customer service.

It is located in a busy area but manages to be quiet. Hallways are not the cleanest it is ok for an overnight stay. There isn’t a lot of attention to keeping it as clean as it could be. Bonus is the room is comfortable breakfast is good and it’s quiet.

The breakfast couldve included other food items. Every day contained the same food. The coffee was amazing. Food staff and concierge were friendly and helpful. Overall we will not stay here again. There was a cockroach in our room!
