"Rating based entirely on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the fantastic spa facilities. There was work going on while we were there which was a minor inconvenience but the room we stayed in was the real let down. Dated and uncared for. "We had a great stay at The Osborne hotel for New Year’s Eve, the location was perfect on the beach & a short (taxi ride) into town for dinner. The hotel was clean, staff very friendly & breakfast was good. The inside pool area was a little tired but I understand they were due to close for two months for some painting/refurb works. Would definitely go back, the children loved it"

"Overall this is probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Nothing was too much and we enjoyed our stay that much so, that we extended our stay for another two nights. Very clean. Breakfast was provided with a large variety to choose from. Bar area was nice, had a pool table and liked the personal touch that there were packs of cards/dominos for guests to use as well.
