"checkin was person cojld use some custumer service skill, a bit rude for my taste. at 8pm a water pipe broke near our room and they were working on trying to stop the water. at 9:30pm we went to front desk to ask we wanted to change room due to noise of the repair. they told us to come back at 11:30pm, not acceptable to us. The room i had was small & had very little window & had to keep getting the key cards reset but the worst thing i found was the bed was as hard as a rock. "The fitness center is poor with machines that does not work. Check in on-line and still used 15 minutes to get checked in at reception at arrival. And one of our rooms were late getting ready as previous customer had extended their stay with a few hours. How can they extend the stay if the room is to be ready for us...
