Front wall upstairs is completely glass with an unobstructed beautiful view of the Columbia River with a large balcony to relax on, eat dinner, have cocktail watch the sunset, and BBQ. Half acre with grass areas for relaxing or to play! Open concept with upscale appliances. Mall and restaurants are only a mile away! Parking upstairs and down stairs for cars, motorhome or to park a boat. Boat launch at the river is a mile away. Great for entertaining, family friendly yet also upscale!

The space

2 level House, 2 full Kitchens, washer, dryer, lots of parking area for Boat and Motor Home too. Close to shopping, resturants, fwy's and more. 5 minutes to be a river front. Boat rentals, bike rentals, and more.

Guest access

To everything on the 1/2 acre of property. I have yard games, BBQ, porch swing, lawn chairs etc.

Interaction with guests

Always available to interact with guests if needed. I live less than 3 miles away. I will never bother you unexpectedly.

Other things to note

House is just as comfortable for 2-4 people as it is for 12. This is why I price it the way I do per guest after 2 people. So all can enjoy this beautiful home and property.

Graduation trip
It is a very nice place for family gaterings. Very clean and bedrooms are spacious and easy to get around in. Location is great, close to restaurants and shopping. You can see the Columbia river but it's not easy to walk to the river, but losts of places nearby to go by the river. One of the best places we have stayed in, in years!! We usually stay in an VRBO or ABNB twice a year.

Awesome Home
Family came for wedding and this home was perfect. Great location minutes from everything we needed. View of river was always in our sights. The fireworks displays were spectacular across the entire horizon for days. Comfy beds. Owner was available for any needs. Recommend this home 100%.

Excellent stay!!
This was the perfect place for us in this lovely home. We were two adult couples and each had our own space when needed and great together time in the kitchen/dining area and deck! Everything we needed was there and completely enjoyed the home and the great view of the Columbia. Plus, were were there for the wineries and they were never ending!! What fun!

Tri-Cities Chateau!
By far the very best VRBO I’ve ever rented! Picrures don’t do it justice-we were completely gobsmacked at just how fab the place was! The pride of ownership shines with this property-everything worked, no issues with anything! The host was fantastic-left us some extra folding tables for the celebration of life we were having fir my grandmother…checked in with us on that day to make sure everything was going ok for our special day. Flow of house super for the 11 we had actually staying there. TWO FULL KITCHENS! Backyard like a park oasis, just beautiful! We are already planning our next reunion at this property. Thank you Kelly-we had a magnificent time together as a family!
