"This is a condo building not a hotel (no on site restaurant, store etc, but you can request daily housekeeping). It is located on top of a steep winding road, very quiet and private, AMAZING views of the bay. They were communicative in advance of our arrival and we could text anytime we needed something. "Loved our time in Zihau. Weather was excellent. The infinity pool & the views of the bay are outstanding. The grounds of the Property are beautifully maintained. Dolce was easy to deal with and the owner was quick to respond when we had a few small issues. Would definitely stay there again. The only thing we really missed was a balcony. The open windows & bar stools just didn’t cut it. Next time we would opt for a unit with a balcony. "

"The rooms were beautiful. The property was very clean. Lots of activities, great for kids. Access so close for Ixtapa Island. The only thing we did not like was the pool deck and the stairs are really slippery, every day we saw someone slip and fall that were just walking. Other than that we would definitely go back. "

"Excellent staff and views, Close to town with a beach boardwalk all the way in. One issue some may have is stairs, there is no elevator and there are plenty of stairs and a steep grade up the hill coming from town. If these are an issue book somewhere else or practice on some stairs at home a few months before your trip."
