Key pad to enter the hotel at 9pm (so long as you have checked in initially). Location felt centrally located to all the shopping, resturants, bars and all the historical locations. "Difficult to get the most appropriate address to drive to. The web site address is best, however, you have to park on the footpath and register before you can park. 5pm check in was an issue for us, had to drive outside city and wait 2 hours before being able to check in. "The straightest route from this property, Rue Saint-Nicolas, to the city's main attraction is actually dangerous - it is lined with cat-calling and confrontational men and gangs of thieves - I would think advice on this from reception was very important but none was given.
