"Great location and good hotel. My only MINOR complaint is that sometimes you have to chase to get your room cleaned. However, when you ask it is done straight away. Other than that - perfect."

"There is a big difference, in many ways, between the rooms with two small beds and the ones with one larger bed. Pay the extra $5, it's completely worth it. Classy hotel keeping up standards during difficult times in Ukraine. Extremely safe and quiet, with a killer view and 5 min. walk to the Metro. The lady who works the desk in daytime most weekdays was particularly helpful."
