"Good location with a good Spa facility including both steam room and dry sauna, pool was clean with a number of different water jets to soothe the sore muscles, along with an air jet bed. Room was good with a small locket/eating area that was equipped for short stays. There is a bar that has load music close by that could disturb your sleep if you don’t have ear plugs. It was load!! "This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings."

"This property was immaculate. It is situated in a very quiet part of town. There were plenty of new dishes and new induction cookware. The living space was oddly configured, in that the huge kitchen table is in the center of the only common area. One bedroom was in a sort of separate apartment with its own lock. The whole arrangement was highly functional. The space shown on the internet is for the upper floor. We had a wonderful time in Zermatt."

"If you don’t need glamour and you’re traveling alone and you don’t mind a dormitory/hostel this hotel is fabulous. It’s clean. It has a kitchen that you can use and keep food in. It has lots of great company with people from all over. It’s very convenient if you’re skiing it’s next door to the lift and also to the train station. I’m afraid of giving it such a great review because I don’t want to be full the next time I go there. The staff is also very friendly and helpful!"

"First time in Zermatt and this was a great hotel. Quiet but central. Great staff. Amazing breakfast in the morning to power you on the slopes. Pool was lovely and so was spa. We also got upgraded with amazing view of Matterhorn to top a great long weekend away. We will be back next year and we will definitely be staying here again! "
