"Lovely hotel with a fantastic view, and refurbished room, although the bathroom was strangely compact with limited space around the sink to put stuff. But the hotel overall has a lovely feel and ambience. The breakfast was really good as well But allow time for queueing. "

"Great price for type of property. Beds are NOT up against the wall on one side as is the case with a lot of hotels in Hong Kong. Clean carpeted rooms. Standard queen room has a shower that's tiny, shower curtain sticks to body with draft. Premier (handicap) room is spacious like North America motel rooms, including a bathtub! Note that Premier Rooms are right by elevators, but no worries elevators don't "ding" on arrival. Front desk was very efficient and accommodating. Requested extra blankets and got them delivered very quickly. Note that buildings/hotels in HK don't have heat, ventilation is really a/c. I even requested a heater and was delivered very quickly. The extra blankets were very lightweight and warm, no problem sleeping. Mattresses were a bit too hard for us who aren't used to that, have to say they are the norm in HK though. A bit of stale smell here and there in room and in lobby, not a huge deal. We had great entertainment watching turtles on rooftop garden from queen room side, lawn bowling, cricket and kids soccer on premier room side. Love the location for my purposes. That part of HK is condensed, can cover a lot of ground walking within 15 minutes."
