Staying here was worth the extra bit of distance from Napier and Hastings because it felt so removed from the city and had lots of peace and quiet (including the occasional distant bleat of sheep or moos!). "We loved our stay. The house was very well equipt and we had everything we needed for our family of 5. It is a very old house and we were there in the middle of winter. The ground floor was a bit cold and drafty, especially when the curtains were open. Summer would be amazing."
