"We stayed at this hotel because it was within walking distance to Cain's Ballroom, where we were seeing a show. The staff was friendly and excited for us (even if it was just good customer service) when we told them the reason for our trip and was helpful in recommending food/activities (there was a nearby Christmas market when we were in town) to suit us and our small kiddo before the show. The room itself was clean and comfy and the free hotel breakfast was bomb. I would definitely stay here...

"Comfy and comfortable! We stayed there for a concert at BOK and easily walked to the venue. Our check in was nice and the room was clean and nice. Two issues: there was a barn door for the toilet and sink right outside it. The barn door does not cover the door opening fully so if one person is trying to go to the bathroom while another gets ready at the sink, there is no privacy. Sounds, sights, and smells are shared by all. Also, the light switch to turn the bathroom light on also turns the...

"The hotel had issues with the elevator connected to the parking garage. The staff was not helpful with a solution to accessing our car. However, management and other staff were very amendable. Our room was not cleaned due to low staffing and the showers needed attention in the rolling trays. Overall - I would stay again. "
