"We celebrated our wedding anniversary in this idyllic spot and it was beyond our expectations. We were after somewhere quiet and full of history which is what we got and more. We went in February and the weather was cold but our room had a wood burner and the heating was on and we could always control the thermostat. Our room was spacious, clean and luxurious. The staff at the hotel were very attentive. The breakfast was incredible- it was more of a brunch as it had a huge variety of food from savoury to sweet to ordering eggs and omelettes. Afternoon tea was also a surprise with coffee, tea and pastries/cakes on offer. We ate at the restaurant there and the food was fresh and homemade. We also ate at local eateries, all within walking distance from the hotel so the location (although up a hill as are most in this area). The hot air balloon ride with Discovery balloons was excellent- very professional. We both had the Turkish Spa Package 2- wow! What an experience! The massage was professional, clean, relaxing and so much more than your typical spa as you felt so pampered. Sauna, face masks, hammam bath, massage- the works and every bit was excellent. The hotel organised a tour for us to the Derinkuyu caves and the Goreme Open Air Museum which we thoroughly enjoyed- our guide Okan was fantastic as was our driver. We really had a fantastic time- all booked through Expedia, very easy and worth every penny. Thank-you for an unforgettable holiday. S & D "

"All good, especially the staff, who truly care—it was a breath of fresh air. We had a wonderful time. Just a tip for the kitchen: less is more! Focus on a few dishes but make them absolutely spot on. There was no signature dish, which one should be looking forward to. Hope you will review your policy on food. "

"Çok kötü bir deneyimdi. 10. katta bir odada kalıyorduk. Dinlenmeye gittiğimiz otelde dinlenemedik. 11. katta rooftop bar bulunmaktaydı. Otelin ses yalıtımı yoktu. Saat 3 e kadar yüksek sesle müzik çaldı. Bize 12 mekanın kapanacağı söylenmesine rağmen hiç bir değişiklik olmadı. Resepsiyonla her yarım saatte bir konuştuk. Hiçbir müdahalede bulunmadılar. Ellerinden birşey gelmediğini söylediler. Çok düşük bir puanı hakkediyorlar. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. "

Lovely views of the Bosphorous river nice location lots of good dining options. Staff polished your room twice a day. Everything was just so so perfect. I absolutely recommend this is a wonderful hotel. "
