The hammam is not free, they provide family hammam room if you want to experience it with your family / children (not sure how that works). Dinner and Breakfast are included buffet style). It poses itself as having many restaurants, yet these are nearly impossible to book due to the terrible booking system. You'll have to either complain or provide tips if you want any chance of securing other restaurants other than the buffet. Other hotels comparable to this one are better. For the price point you're probably better off choosing another hotel."
