"The stay was very relaxing. The front desk and administration staff made our visit very welcoming. The accommodation was excellent. Very clean, quiet with all the amenities of home. The restaurant food was very good and the serving staff very accommodating. The pool was perfect and with proximity to the ocean beach was excellent. " While this is not a luxury property, it was a great middle of the road option. Facilities were well kept. The room was clean, roomy enough and updated. The pool wasn't huge but adequate for the facility size and also well kept. A very short walk to the beach across the street and chairs and umbrellas were plentiful. "Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star."

"This property is small and quiet. Best for couples or families who do not require entertainment or distractions. Serene, quaint, and clean little hotel with gorgeous ocean views. The staff is friendly and highly accommodating. Just a handful of people do all the work but do exceptionally well. Major and Crystal were two individuals who stood out during our trip serving us at the Bird Cage Bar and restaurant. We will be coming back."

"Studio with balcony overlooking ocean was perfect. We did not rent a car and walked to beach (great snorkeling just down the beach) and restaurants. Very safe area with sidewalk on Bight Rd. MANY steps down to Beach and Bight Rd but we love to exercise so the extra steps helped work off the amazing food and drinks. Great place for a single or couple."

"Ron is an amazing host, very quick to respond to all questions or concerns, the condo is very well appointed and perfect for a quiet beach get away. The resort is far enough from the hustle and bustle of grace bay to seem like you have a private beach and pool, however close enough for a nice time on the town. The snorkeling off the beach was amazing and being able to lay in the beach chair and see the stars made for the perfect get away for us. 1000% would recommend and book again "

"If you’re looking at a way to do Turks and Caicos on a budget, this place is for you. It’s great having the golf cart to take you to the beach if you didn’t feel like walking. Only a 3 to 4 minute walk all the amenities, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and kayaks. Available to you morning. Breakfast was very average but nice to have as it is very expensive to eat out on the island. Grocery store is a two minute walk. Would definitely go back."
