"The house was as described. Very clean with comfortable beds and lots of nice thick towels. There was plenty of kitchen items etc. I wish there were some coasters as I hated to put glasses on wood without them. The area is very peaceful and a short walk to North Beach, the Light House and a local park. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced back yard while we enjoyed the deck."

"To be honest, I was a little hesitant regarding the layout of the house… But, upon walking in on arrival, it was very very nice!!! Communication before, during and post visit w Mermaid Cottages reps were fantastic! We were within a pitching wedge to the 17th street beach access ramp! The IGA grocery store was 5 blocks away! Perfect location!!!!!! Thank you Mermaid Cottages for a great trip!! We will be back!"

"We had a great time site seeing, shopping and walking the beach. I really liked sitting on the balcony and seeing the ships come through. There was no eating utensils that we could find, so yake your own. The bed needs to be fixed or replaced due to being so noisy from squeaking almost every time you move. The balcony door needs attention...its hard to open and close. Elevator inspection expired last year."
