"The family that run the hotel make the experience they are really helpful and accommodating. Helped us book Halong Bay tour and our bus back to Hanoi. Spoke good English which is helpful. "We enjoyed our room and the facilities, including the pool. However, we found the food was lacking in quality. Our room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived (there was someone else's underwear on the floor and the mugs were not clean) and we had to ask the staff to clean it again. That being said, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. They definitely made the stay better. We apparently came during "off season" which made the whole area seem like a ghost town. We did find some good places...

"I enjoyed my stay here very much, my room was very clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with how new everything looks and how big my room was, definitely a great value when compared to the hotels I stayed at in Hanoi. The family working the reception was extremely friendly and helpful, they really made us feel welcome and well taken care of. "The hotel was clean and staffs were friendly. When we were there, it was very quiet and nice. We stayed in the bay view room. The sunset was beautiful and the night view was fun. However, we expected the spa in the hotel as we saw the hotel has a spa on hotels.com hotel page and realised on their site it says “coming soon”. It was a bit disappointing. Apart from that, we were happy throughout. Thanks for hosting us."
