"When we checked in I asked if breakfast was included. The clerk at the front desk said it was. Next morning we went down to breakfast and only after we had got our food (buffet) did they tell me it was not included which was an additional $25 a person. "

"I work in Ulaanbaatar and I was fed up with having no hot water, in my district, due to annual hot water pipes repair. It was a pleasant one night stay (with hot water). My room was well laid out with a good size bathroom that separately accommodated a bath and a spacious shower unit. Excellent air conditioning which stayed on when you left the room. The Blue Sky Lounge provides a stunning view of Ulaanbaataar."

"Hotel was very clean and spacious. Food in the restaurant was also great. It is located quite abit away from city center and there isn't much around it (with Ulaanbaatar traffic jam, u would want something closer if u want to explore the city). There is some sort of food court a block away but with limited options. "

"The hotel was a pleasant surprise in the middle of Mongolia. Be prepared for a long ride from the airport to the centre of town 50 km took 3 1/2 hours because of the very very very bad traffic in UB. But the hotel is amazing. The staff were fairly friendly. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean and sufficient, almost a five star hotel but at three star prices I’d recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to UB "
