"For us Bannisters was a mixed experience. The overall feel of the hotel is one of quality. The staff were universally friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooftop restaurant was excellent with a great ambience. The pool area was also a very pleasant place to spend some time though the pool itself was on the smaller side. So far so positive, but the room itself, whilst satisfactory, was not quite of the same quality.Wifi is provided by an unsecured network and signal strength is very variable...

"My best friend and I stayed here for a girls weekend. We were in room 10 (pastel blue themed) which had a huge king bed, separate living room and bathroom (shower only) plus kitchenette. Our living room looked over the pool which could get noisy with windows open, but there was something nice about the buzz of it. Check-in was easy (and friendly!), there were boards you could borrow and bikes as well. A stone's throw from the beach and if you took a shortcut through the complex, even shorter...
