"We (a party of 14, ages ranging from 10 to 86 years old) enjoyed our NYE stay on Black Mountain. Place was super clean and so roomy! Kitchens had everything we needed. Kelley was a great host and answered all our questions before and while we were there! My parents are still talking about how perfect the house was! I will say the driveway is very steep. Most of the vehicles were unable to make the climb up the drive. Luckily the road isn't busy so we parked below and walked up. Unfortunately tho a couple of our older family members stayed in the home most of the time because of the challenges of climbing it. Hot tub was enjoyed but the deck encompasses it had splintered wood so careful your feet. We even had a nice snow storm the day before we left. Beautiful but drive down and out the next day was a little daunting! Thanks Kelley for some awesome family memories! "

"We had an excellent stay! The property is very clean and well maintained. I do think the pillows could be upgraded as thry were a bit lacking. The breakfast area was clean and well kept and even though we didnt use the gym it looked to be top notch. We will definitely stay at the property in the future!"

"I flew in from Michigan to connect with a hurricane victim and their family and the stay was one of the better experiences of my traveling. I am neurotic about staying anywhere other than my house and how clean a place is. By far your hotel exceeded my expectations and made up for my awful flight experience. The staff was very nice and I slept great which says alot for someone like myself and my friend who drove from Florida. We appreciated the experience after a long stressful day of traveling I will recommend and stay here again."

My time there was brief due to some business commitments in the area, but I wanted to share a quick overview of my experience.One feature that stood out was the spiral staircase. It is a bit tight, but as someone who is 6'1" and weighs 300 pounds, I was able to navigate it without any issues. Overall, even with my limited time there, I was impressed by the property. It not only met my expectations but also provided a more enjoyable experience than I anticipated. If you're considering a visit, don't let the staircase intimidate you."
