"1. This hotel is "far away" from downtown Harbin. 2. Don't trust the map. When it gets traffic jam, you will need 1 and half hours to get to the airport. 3. I share with others in that the biggest complaint is a lack of the staff's profesisonalism and tardiness. Checkin takes 15 minutes. Checkout takes 20 minutes. 4.
