Lovely stay ay The Cavendish, bonus was the continental breakfast which was included in the price. Room & bathroom clean & spacious. Nice touches were biscuits on the tea/coffee tray, hot chocolate & decaff coffee were available from the breakfast room. Staff friendly & helpful, quick & easy check in, walking distance to stations & attractions, would definitely stay sgain.

Food was delicious, environment felt safe, customer service was on point. The only bad thing is climbing up and down the stairs with my suitcase, but other than that I really enjoyed my staying!

As a VIP Expedia member, we received a free breakfast. Everything about this hotel was ideal for our stay in London. We would defuse again. Rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Breakfast was plentiful and a good selection. Staff were very accommodating.

"Had a lovely stay in the standard room the view was lovely overlooking the dock. The bedroom was cold but there was a plug in radiator so it soon warmed up. The bed was lovely and comfortable had to search for the kettle so we could have a tea in the morning ( enough room on the top to leave it out) ..."

"Check in was easy and all staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was okay however there was a red stain on the carpet it almost looked asif it might’ve been blood and the bathroom door didn’t shut, luckily it was myself and my partner but otherwise it wouldn’t have been very convenient"
