"Check-in procedures are slow and although most were being offered sparkling wine, we were not. Additional, our room was not ready at the allotted check-in time. No explanation or retribution was offered. Skip the Asian restaurant upstairs. The sushi was horrible and the staff unfriendly and hurried. "The property advertises fishing but on an active day you got paddle boards in the water, snorkeling , lacking , also people trying to catch the sunset, doesn’t leave a lot of room for the person fishing off the pier! "
