"I always visit this hotel when visiting ottawa for work but it’s been 2 weeks that they have not repaired the second elevator and it creates delays with the guests . Also the tv remote control couldn’t not turn on the tv so I had to use the button on the tv and the socket in the bathroom did not work. They need to check out maintenance of the rooms. Apart from That all good , Nice staff good breakfast and convenient indoor parking "

"Good value and good location for downtown business, just west of Confederation Square. Although restaurants within walking distance aren't as plentiful as in the Byward Market area, there are still sufficient within up to 10 minutes walk, and a wonderful cafe just next door. The room (in my case a one-bedroom apartment) was excellent and well fitted out -- my only issue was that there was no desk suitable for working, and sitting on the bar chairs at the kitchen island eventually gets a little...

"An early morning appointment became a quick and wonderful getaway at the Hampton Inn. As a return guest, I hoped it would be as nice a stay as the first time, as it might have been better! Close to dinner option, friendly staff, lots of comfy pillows (that is important to me 😊), a pool, clean room and one of the best hotel breakfasts ever. We willl be back!"

"I had aground room floor and loved that I could park right outside my door. The free breakfast was lovely I only had one complaint the coffee was absolutely awful I fact I could even finish one cup and I love coffee. Although there was a coffee maker in the room it was also awful and tasted like it was several years old "
