Boa pousada, mas sem fone e internet que funcionem
Bela pousada num lindo lugar, com instalações confortáveis e limpas. Mas há uma falha grave: o local não tem sinal de celular e nenhuma das redes de internet disponibilizadas pelo hotel funcionou. Ou seja, isolamento total nas montanhas de Urubici. É bom por um lado, mas preocupante se houver qualquer necessidade de contato com o "mundo exterior"

No primeiro e no segundo dia tivemos problemas com o gás para aquecimento da água que acabou e com a presença de ar na tubulação que provocava variação da pressão e fluxo da água do chuveiro. Mas foi resolvido a contento. Um elogio especial ao café da manhã.

Falta de estrutura.
Lugar lindíssimo. Funcionários muitíssimos simpáticos e extremamente prestativos. Café da manhã atende muito bem. Tudo delicioso e fresquinho. Porém, devido a estrada que liga à cidade ser perigosa, e ainda se agrava muito em tempo de chuva, frio e à noite, sentimos falta de outros serviços na pousada como um bar / restaurante. Nem um cafezinho nos fins de tarde não tinha. Com isso, ficamos sempre "isolados" dentro do chalé, que só tinha a cama e duas cadeiras junto a uma mesa pequena para refeições, até o amanhecer do dia seguinte. Vale a pena ainda ressaltar que o chalé não dispunha de nenhuma infraestrutura de cozinha (micro-ondas, uma pia para lavarmos as louças, etc). Sentimos muita falta também de algum armário para pendurarmos as roupas (principalmente, os casacos). Ficando todos dentro das malas, que ficavam espalhadas pelo piso do chalé, o qual tornava-o ainda mais claustrofóbico. Como se não bastasse ficarmos isolados dentro do chalé entre 19h e o dia seguinte, a internet era uma tragédia. Um verdadeiro martírio ! Uma pena!

Fomos em 2 casais e não foi bom. Falta comunicação. Não existe um telefone para falar na recepção que se tivéssemos problema fica longe. Quase não tem sinal de internet, é por período. O chalé que meu amigo reservou era uma diária mais cara e do tamanho de um ovo, apertado e sem local para colocar mala. Café da manhã só ovo, salchicha, pão de forma e muito bolo. Como e ecológico a pista para o meu chalé cheio de buraco. Já me hospedei em vários locais e não gostei desse.
