"Evergreen lodge was quaint and convenient. It’s walkable to both Vail village and Lionshead village. The shuttle stop is a 2 minute walk from the hotel if you choose that mode of transportation instead. There’s a 24 hour gym and hot tub. Loved that there was a ski rental facility in the lobby. Added bonus was the complimentary mini breakfast in the morning and snacks in the evening. It’s by no means a luxurious hotel but it has all the features that we were looking for (and more) without paying...

"Our stay was lovely- until the end. As we were loading our car to leave someone stole my ski poles from the lobby inside. Furthermore- none of the employees seemed to care! They acted like it was no big deal! The poles were with another set of poles as well as a few pieces of luggage. My husband was loading the car so they were only inside the lobby for a few minutes- a terrible end to our stay..."
