Nestled in the heart of Val-David, this charming semi-detached duplex (upper unit) awaits you for a cozy family stay. Its rustic look and indoor fireplace create a warm atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

Relax in the outdoor spa under the stars or take a stroll to the many unique shops and restaurants within walking distance (10min).

Less than 1 hour from Montreal, it's the perfect place for a comfortable stay.

For your comfort, Laura has 3 bedrooms with a Queen size bed each.
An additional mattress is also available. This accommodation can comfortably accommodate 7 people.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals in the company of your loved ones.

For your entertainment, you will have at your disposal a smart tv, wifi, an indoor fireplace and a 4-season spa.

Infos to note:
- Please note that we give no guarantee on operation, cleanliness or technical support for the BBQ from November to April (there is no maintenance performed during this period). Please note that we supply propane only between the months of May to October.
- The Internet you will have is a 100 Mbps wired connection, which is sufficient for telecommuting.
- Please note that during the winter period (November to April), we do not guarantee access to or operation of the outdoor fireplace due to weather conditions that are beyond our control. However, you will have access to a shovel if you ever want to clean the site and use the fireplace. Thank you for your understanding.
- We provide one bath towel per person. Extra towels, spa or beach towels are not provided.

Our family, my husband and I and our 2 adult children with their partners, had a great time at this VRBO. It is clean, well stocked with linens and has a fully equipped kitchen. The hot tub was a big bonus since the weather was rainy and cool, but we still enjoyed the time there. It is within minutes of a nature lovers park, with many hiking and cross country ski trails. Also it is right on the Petit Train du Nord path for easy cycling. Other more challenging routes are readily accessible as well.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely neighborhood. The place was warm and clean.
We had a really nice stay. The cottage was clean and beautiful. The area was very pretty and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was fully equipped. Communication with the owners was very good. Thank you!
