The small size, particularly the low ceilings, took some getting used to as I banged my head several times and had to get used to stooping around, especially anywhere need the bed. "This apartment in a historical building has lots of charm. The host was incredibly flexible with us when we booked last minute after another apartment fell through. There are a lot of stairs, but it was not a problem for our family (2 adults, 2 young teens). The apartment was as advertised and had everything we needed. "Very quaint place to stay. The stairs are narrow and steep, but the unit is on the 2nd floor, so it is manageable. There was no a lot of space for luggage. We were backpacking, so our luggage was small. Large suitcases would've been hard to fit. I found the noise from outside hard to sleep through. I turned on the fan for background noise and that helped. Great location. Very easy to get to everything on foot. "

It is compact, but had everything we needed, and even had some basic cooking items which was handy. "I was traveling with my 76 year old mother and 3 teenage children. The apartment was roomy and had more than one bath which was super nice. It was close to several Subway stations, food, and groceries. The neighborhood felt safe with lots of restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean. The only SMALL complaint was it needed a little bit of TLC. The dining table was very wobbly and i was concerned it would come apart. Some tile, hooks, and faucets were loose and the foosball table was broken....

"This place was very clean and we felt safe staying here. The listing says sleeps 5, but I would say it sleeps 3 adults and 1 child comfortably. One of the beds is a toddler bed. The host was kind and easy to communicate with. Short walk to the metro station made it easy to get into the city on the metro. The neighborhood felt safe and the building is gated. I would recommend staying here! "

"It was a lovely stay at the property. It was clean and well maintained. Well connected by bus in either direction just in front of the property. Need getting used to and staff is very helpful. We needed a photo for our daughter’s navigator card. Reception staff just took a colour print out for us and we were sorted.Kitchen is small and basic but good enough for short stays. "Lovely, well located hotel. As with most Paris hotels rooms aren’t huge but our family room was cosy and well set up. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower so we saw the light show at night. The hotel is well located for cafes, shops and restaurants and really good for buses, metro and walking to local sights (Sacre Couer). Staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast is very good. Free water cooler in reception where you can get chilled still or fizzy water. One minor point about location is due to some ‘special adult stores’ not too far away, but not a big issue, can be a little noisy at night if you leave your windows open too. Lovely though, would highly recommend. "
