Our villa is located in the heart of southern Ardèche offering a picturesque site on the banks of the river Ardèche and the valley of Ibie, for swimming, fishing and canoeing and kayaking.
The villa is 60m2, fenced garden with trees 800m2. private pool (7,5x3) secure. In a green environment, 2 minutes walk from the valley town center Pont d'Arc and to all amenities and activities (canoeing, caving, climbing, hiking, canyoning, beaches, historic sites, picturesque villages ....) 2 bedrooms , living area, 1 fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, 2 terraces, private parking, and a garden.
Come and discover Vallon Pont d'Arc, NATURE RESERVE OF THE GORGES OF ARDECHE, THE BEST EUROPEAN CANYON.

Well-equipped villa, good pool, excellent location
My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The villa is located about 10 minutes walk out of Vallon Pont d'Arc where there are lots of restaurants and other shops. Supermarkets are just a short car journey away. The villa itself has the majority of equipment that you would expect. English renters note, though, that there is no kettle, just a coffee maker, but if you want hot water for tea or instant coffee it's easy enough to boil a pan on the hob. The immediate location is a little daunting when you arrive as there is quite a lot of building going on around the immediate area of the villa. However, this wasn't a problem; the property is screened and any development work was not noisy so we enjoyed a peaceful 10-day stay. The rooms are a good size and the pool is good. There is air conditioning in he open-plan kitchen/dining/living area which is a relief in hot weather. The bedrooms are not air conditioned, although this was not a problem for us as the temperature dropped in the evenings in September. There was a misunderstanding over the supply of linen. The website states that linen is provided so we didn't take bed linen or towels with us. On arrival, the owner was not there so we were left to be shown around by the cleaner and after she left we discovered that there were no sheets and no towels. A telephone call resolved the issue of bed linen but we did have to go out and buy towels, not an easy thing to do in a strange town on a Saturday evening. Message to renters: check exactly what is provided before you set out. Message to owners: make sure your website is correct. The owner lives in another property over the back. She has a young family so we didn't see too much of her, but we're pretty self-sufficient so, once again, this wasn't a problem. There's a good supply of brochures in the villa showing attractions in the area. That's another advantage. There are plenty of places to visit within easy driving distance. All-in-all, we had a lovely time in this beautiful part of France.

Beautiful villa in quiet location
The villa was well equipped and spotlessly clean with Isabelle, the owner, living behind the property and happy to help should the need arise. The location was superb as the centre of Vallon, with its shops and restaurants, was only a ten minute walk away. The whole area is stunningly beautiful with activities to suit all tastes. There are wonderful signposted walks, cycling and canoeing for the more adventurous, glorious medieval villages and scenic drives for days out and always the option to just soak up the sun, swim and enjoy the excellent local cuisine.

Das Haus und der Pool ist ein Traum es fehlt an nichts . Es ist alles sehr sauber und so Eingerichtet wie beschrieben.Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und durch hohe Sträucher eingezäunt.Wir waren sehr viel mit E-Bikes unterwegs. Das Haus kann man nur Empfehlen.Grüße Micha und Robert

Une très belle semaine dans cette maison très bien située. Au calme et a côté de toutes commodités. La propriétaire a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Très discrète mais présente au besoin. Agréable séjour dans cette maison. Accueil au top. Le jardin est complètement entouré d'une haie (pas comme sur les photos) donc on est bien isolé des voisins. Le centre est à 10 min à pieds donc il est facile de s'y rendre. De bonnes vacances familiales dans cette maison avec une belle piscine. On recommande

Wir hatten einen schönen , erholsamen Urlaub in einem sehr gepflegten Ferienhaus. Zwei Dinge würden wir uns allerdings wünschen: Das Küchenzubehör ist nicht sehr umfangreich und könnte für Menschen, die sehr gerne kochen, etwas aufgestockt werden. Der Ausblick auf die Berge wurde inzwischen durch andere Häuser und höhere Pflanzen getrübt und das Foto sollte in der Anzeige korrigiert werden.

Een unieke locatie in een prachtige omgeving op 10 minuten wandelen van het dorp. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Alles zag er fris en modern uit, heel mooi. En de omgeving is natuurlijk waanzinnig! Het was uitzonderlijk heel warm weer en daardoor was een frisse duik in het zoute zwembad meer dan welkom. Airco is enkel aanwezig in de leefruimte, maar met een beetje gezond verstand kun je ook de slaapkamers koel houden. Een hoeslaken, een kussenovertrek zijn niet aanwezig, dekbedovertrek wel.

Mooie vakantiewoning, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het contact met de eigenares was prima. Op de site staat dat beddengoed aanwezig is, dit is niet het geval. Misschien handig om te weten. De foto's van het terrein waarop het huis staat zijn verouderd. Er worden meerdere vakantiehuizen gebouwd op het moment en we hadden vrij veel overlast van de werkzaamheden. Verder was het een prima verblijf.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt! (Hinweis: Bettwäsche und Handtücher sollten mitgebracht werden) Der sehr saubere Pool konnte Mitte Oktober noch genutzt werden! Sehr gute und problemlose Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter per Mail und seiner Schwester vor Ort.

Très belle experience
Gite de qualité, récent décoré avec gout, propreté impeccable ++, il y a tout ce dont nous pouvons avoir besoin autant dans la cuisine (grille pain, casserole, saladier...) que dans le reste de la maison (rangements...) Le gite est très bien situé, il est au calme et également bien situé par rapport aux site touristiques, nous avons même débuté certaines randonnées directement de la maison (ce qui ajoute a peine 1km). Le centre du village est tout a fait accessible en voiture mais également à pied à environ 700m de marche. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir !

Étonner de l environnement de la maison d apres les photos maison isolée mais très calme interieur nickel piscine aussi un petit chauffage pour celle celle-ci aurait été chouette mais bon c est la mi septembre serait peut-être utile de préciser qu il y a la demande d une caution a l arrivée du séjour
