"Dated property, nicely appointed with a full kitchen, in an incredible location on the shore of the Comox estuary, with stunning views of the Comox Valley and mountains. Located midway between Comox and Courtney, it's close to shopping and restaurants. The only minor drawback was that the property is near a busy thoroughfare, so road noise was a problem, particularly with the bedroom windows open. Overall, a very lovely property."

"The property seemed to have a lot of potential. Nice sized cabins in a lovely location. Lily, who welcomed us was lovely and very accommodating. There were several problems with the accommodations. First, our unit was not cleaned when we arrived. The garbage was completely full, the bed sheets did not look as though they had been changed, and under the bed had not been swept.The shower had used soap and hair in it. "We had an amazing stay in the Heron Suite. Exceptionally well kept with such nice scenery and amenities. Our hosts made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. A must visit."

"Such a well thought out space. Every inch has been considered for guest convenience. It's a lovely suite full of amenities, and we mean FULL. There was even parchment paper in the kitchen. With limited hotel choices in Powell River this is a GEM for quiet and comfort. "

"Excellent accommodations for family of four. Short walk to small sandy beach is ideal. Very clean, well equipped and modern carriage home. Lovely surrounding gardens on property. Quiet and private. Pieter was thoughtful and communicative throughout. We were impressed!!"
