"The house is exactly as described, extremely comfortable in a lovely rustic setting. It has everything that is required, along with 2 spacious bedrooms, one with ensuite, full cooking facilities, tea/coffee, basic pantry items, barbecue and full laundry facilities. Gaining access initially was simple and the property was spotless throughout.Located about 1.5km from the town centre, made it an easy drive or a very pleasant walk via the beach only 300 mts away. "Our first trip away with puppy. The property was all was could have asked for. Very kid and pet friendly. Within walking distance from everything and equipped with w everything a family would need, especially for those non-beach days. Plenty of activities, games, movies to pass the time. "

"A nice basic property for a week long family stay with a small dog. The place served our needs and was good value. It has a fully fenced yard (if you have a bigger dog, note that the front picket fence may not contain a jumpy big dog). The house had all the basics that we needed, just note that it's a bit old and starting to get tired. It did have a recently renovated bathroom, which was quite nice."

"We loved staying here at Sandy Point. The house was very comfortable, a short walk to the beach and store. We wanted to stay longer, the place had everything we needed, even a backyard koala sighting! We will come back for sure."

"My husband and I have just spent three wonderful nights at Coast Nest. The accommodation was lovely: spacious, clean, comfortable with a well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. We really felt like we were staying at a friend’s home. Our Labrador had a wonderful time exploring the large, fenced garden. The house is in a great location, a short drive or leisurely walk to a great dog-friendly beach. We’d love to return sometime in the future."

"Travelled for a beach wedding in Cape Patterson. Check in was simple and easy.Rosemary was attentive and helpful before we checked in.House was perfect for 3 adults and 1 infant and had everything we could have needed.Unfortunately the house had a flying ant issue while we were there which was unforeseen and a shower head that wouldn’t stay up to start with.Just dampened our stay a bit and made it tricky with an active toddler."
