Temple Place #2 is a family friendly & convenient home located in town!

Temple Place 1 & 2 is located in town and is a cozy space to stay while visiting the beautiful Uintah Basin. Whether you're traveling with a large family or as a lone wolf, here to visit the Vernal Temple or for an array of other different activities this is the place for you. Our property borders the gorgeous Vernal Temple, in fact it’s literally in our backyard, which provides a breathtaking view. We're also right next to Main Street, so you'll never be far from the action!

Temple Place #2 is in the same parking lot as the Vernal Temple and shares an entrance with Smuin Dental and Chiropractor, but is a very quiet environment!
We have a fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker. We have a full bathroom upstairs and a SMALL bathroom with a shower and toilet downstairs. No sink but we have hand sanitizer.

ALL BEDROOMS AND MAIN BATHROOM ARE UPSTAIRS SO YOU WILL HAVE TO GO UP 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS!
Bedroom 1-Queen bed with 40” Roku smart TV.
Bedroom 2-full size bed with 32” smart TV.
Bedroom 3- one bunk bed and one single twin bed.
Fully fenced back yard and grill for your use!

Steps away from the Vernal Utah Temple and the DUP (Daughters of Utah Pioneer) museum. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops (within walking distance to some). Western Park, which is home to the Dinosaur Roundup Rodeo, Uintah County Fair and many more festivities throughout the year is only 0.8 miles away. Let’s not forget the Utah Field House of Natural History State Park Museum which is what Vernal is known for, DINOSAURS!!
We are approximately 15-20 miles away from the Dinosaur National Monument.
One mile from the Vernal Baseball Complex.

We have JB’s restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and Betty’s Cafe (which serves breakfast and lunch only, (by the way their breakfast is delicious) both within walking distance. Davis is a grocery store within walking distance. Main Street is one block away!! B’s gas station is just a couple blocks away. We’re pretty close to everything.
Colored smart lights controlled by Alexa in living room. Entertainment for hours. Kids (and adults) love it.

THIS IS A DUPLEX SO YOU MAY HEAR THE OTHER PEOPLE ON THE OTHER SIDE.

Quiet hours are during the hours of 10PM-7AM, out of respect for the neighbors.

This is a beautiful place to stay right by the temple and in the middle of town. It is convenient to everything you want to see. The property is beautiful. The hosts are really easy to work with and it is just what it looks like in the listing.

This is a great spot for exploring Vernal and surrounding area, including dinosaur National monument, museums, and state parks. Homeowners were very responsive and the best hosts we've had! Also within walking distance of a grocery store.

Best VRBO we've ever stayed at!
We had been hiking all day and were exhausted, it was so nice to open the door and everything was so clean and nicely decorated. There was coffee and water available, it felt like our home for a few days. Adam was very accommodating. We would definitely recommend it to anyone. Great stay!

Well appointed and comfortable
This is a very comfortable home with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. It’s a nice central location in the town. The location of the duplex is in the middle of several parking lots, which seemed a little strange initially, but it has a nice space for the backyard and is quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient
This home provided a comfortable location for my family (2 adults, 5 kids) to explore the area of Vernal. The owners were very responsive and helpful with local recommendations and information. We were able to visit Fantasy Canyon, the Vernal Temple, the dinosaur museum, and the Dinosaur National Monument. This home was central and convenient to our short, spring break vacation. Our kids also enjoyed turning the lights on and off with the voice commands to Alexa. Just a fun little perk that made the place more memorable.

Wow wow wow!!!
I literally don’t think I can do this property justice in this review, but I’ll try. This is without question, the cleanest place I have ever stayed. This includes hotels and other rental properties. I was so surprised that I started looking for dirt, dust, etc. I honestly didn’t find any. Every square inch of this property is spotless! Beautiful views, close proximity to everything in town, in fact we walked most places. Beds were comfortable, back yard was fully fenced and cared for. We visit Vernal at least a couple of times a year to visit family. This will be our go to. Every. Single. Time.

Lovely, large townhouse in excellent location
Townhouse would sleep 8; there were just 2 of us, so we only used 1 of the 3 bedrooms. Attractively decorated, obviously with great care. Living room had very nice couch & loveseat, several tables. Door/window to patio provide lots of natural light. Large kitchen, plenty of counter & storage space. Coffee, tea, condiments, spices provided. The 2 Krispy Kreme donuts waiting for us were a welcome treat. Small bathroom on 1st floor has shower & toilet, but no sink; hand sanitizer provided. 1st floor laundry room with detergent & fabric softener; we didn't use it. Nice entry way with big closet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: master with queen bed, 2 dressers, 1 nightstand, 2 closets; bedroom with queen bed & 1 dresser; bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, no dresser. Bathroom with 2 sinks, good storage, nice shower. Lots of extra towels available. Excellent location 1 block from Main St, near Temple.
