"Ideal location for Chateau and some excellent restaurants nearby. Facilities are very good but staff let the property down. For example, our bed wasn’t properly made any night (bottom sheet seemed just tossed onto bed with duvet to cover it). Tissue boxes empty, dirty dishes left in room, etc. things that are so easy to get right yet made the stay less comfortable. It was almost impossible to get anyone to answer the room service number, reception’s attitude was inconsistent. Sometimes good...
