"It was very dirty, with spiderweb and mould stains on the walls. The dishes were old and dirty, the beds were uncomfortable and dirty. The towels were also old and worn. The whole flat smells of mould. The shower was also dirty and the shower curtain was mouldy. I don’t recommend it to anyone."

"Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sogar für einen Vorrat an Mülltüten war gesorgt. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Auch alles in den Schränken war top sauber und konnte bedenkenlos benutzt werden, das haben wir schon anders erlebt. Die Sonnenterrasse ist riesig und bietet viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. "Nicoletta was so kind, she even left juices and ice cream for the kids! we had a great stay. The apartment is clean and convenient to the center and the beach, and worked out very well for us (we were coordinating with family at another house). I would definitely stay again!"

Unfortunately, the drawback of the area is that the beaches are mostly fully reserved for the entire season by Italians from the city and so it is almost impossible to get a place in any of the beaches even or of peak season"

"Gloria was a lovely, welcoming host who was very accommodating when we arrived late due to an accident on the road. The property was clean and well equipped for our needs in an excellent location. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t that good when we were there but we were able to drive to Pisa and Lucca for day trips. Our last day was sunny so we headed to the beach which was lovely and not too busy at this time of year. My only note would be that the single bed in the attic room is quite small...
