The breakfast was a complete joke, the service was appalling and I was woken up at 11:30pm by two members of staff demanding I settle my bill the night before I was due to leave. "The hotel is extremely well located within the historic centre of Laon. We have stayed there on four separate occasions as we travel through France to or from the Channel Tunnel. The hotel itself is full of historic interest with a somewhat quirky charm.
