Located in Chiton just a 300m walk to the Chiton Rocks beach and conveniently located half way between the lovely Port Elliot and the fun and excitement of Victor Harbor.

There is plenty of room for the kids in the downstairs lounge room complete with a Wii-U and streaming on a huge 65 inch TV , while the adults can enjoy the upstairs lounge and beautiful timber balcony area .

Relaxing and fun New Years getaway
Over New Years 20/21 my partner, friends and I stayed for four nights. Throughout the booking process Bec was always happy to reply to my messages promptly. The house was spacious and exactly what we needed. The backyard was enclosed and had lots of grass which was perfect for cricket. We were able to walk down to the beach to see the fireworks and was a short drive to horseshoe bay where we spent New Year’s Day.

BBQ was totally unsafe . We started cooking & a fat fire started, the BBQ was fully on flames, our food was ruined- it is a disgrace & needs urgent replacement- luckily our son is a fire officer & put it out. The burner has totally rusted through. We possess photos/ videos. No spare toilet rolls, no spare paper towels. Towels are old & smell of cigarettes. Dyson had not been emptied and was half full of cigarette filters which confirmed the towels smell. Upstairs floor area was dirty particularly around the dishwasher. The outdoor shower did not work & the hose joint was broken. Overall, considering how much we paid for this place we would never revisit or recommend it to anyone.

Great location but needs work
The property was tidy however the property needed a little bit of love. The door handle upstairs we’re broken, ceiling fans were a little dangerous and the smoke detectors were out of date and batteries needing replacing. Bec was open communicating and help resolve the issues. A great location.

very clean and spacious and very short walk to the Chiton Beach
a lovely relaxing 3days at this property and only a short drive to Victor Harbour and Port Elliot. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a getaway holiday. Didn't use the BBQ as it was a bit rusty.. Thanks Bec and Paul for letting us get to the property well before the check in time. Stayz gave us the incorrect code for the keys but Bec assisted how to get to the property through the front door key pad. Thank you

Please update the information you send regarding the code to access the house. Information is still outdated. I had to call the house owner for assistance. House is ok but I would recommend a a bit of thorough cleaning of windows.
