"This hotel is relatively new and it is just a block from the Empress and two from the waterfront and Government Street. We had booked a King suite 'with a view' and got 'upgraded' to a "Deluxe Suite" with a great view of the construction across the street. Was it because of the kids, or that we we were using rewards? Bed was comfy, but pull out couch was very much not. My kids wouldn't even sleep on it on the frame so we pulled it onto the floor. The hotel would be advised to invest in some...

The mattresses and the pillows they use were so comfortable I slept through each night perfectly.
