"Lovely place. We had an issue with the air conditioning and after a few complaints we escalated to the manager and he moved us to a new room. He was also very attentive from that point on. The service in the restaurants is friendly but a little chaotic at times - lots of staff running about but not getting a huge amount done. The resort is great though, food and drink exceptional. "

"Overall Tamassa was a good fit for our family vacation needs - the pool and beach are beautiful and it’s convenient to be able to eat at their buffet (Show) restaurant, order from the B Bar, make a reservation at the Playa restaurant or order room service. However, the food taste was inconsistent as was the speed of service (ex at one point we had to call 4 times to get enough water bottles delivered to the room). We rented a car for the trip and the hotel is not too far from the 7 colored earth...

"An absolutely beautiful hotel. Our room was so comfortable with an enormous bathroom and a view out over the ocean. However, there were various aspects which were a little hit and miss meaning I cant rate the hotel excellent overall.
