You have to go into benidorm to pick the key up,.the pick up point is in a hotel 0at the reception..it doesn't tell u this I just happen to go into the hotel to ask where no 1 was. !?. A point of concern was the thinness of walls as it was possible yo hear noise from adjacent rooms. It is a considerable stroll from the centre of Ali ante but that is why it's reasonably priced.Our small Pomeranian dog was very welcomed into hotel areas."

"Location was great and staff was excellent. Marvelous rooftop bar. Breakfast was expensive but there are many options nearby. Only issue was that there are two small elevators and one was not working on two of the days. The staff was very helpful and apologetic and directed us to the service elevator but there were still lineups. Overall I highly recommend this hotel."
