A huge thank you to Ozlem (Duty Manager), whose warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness set the tone for my entire stay. Her kind demeanor and proactive approach made me feel incredibly welcomed and valued. Ismail, the Hotel Manager, also stood out for his visible presence and dedication. It’s clear that he leads by example—his team is attentive, courteous, and clearly takes pride in their work. He checked in on guests personally, which speaks volumes about the service standards here. Willy at the front desk was outstanding—friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. Special thanks as well to Naiomi from housekeeping. My room was always kept spotless throughout my stay, and the thoughtful little touches did not go unnoticed. She was always cheerful and respectful, making sure everything was just right. And lastly a huge thank you to the breakfast and valet team who always welcomed us with a smile and kind words. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, ideally located in Old Town Doha, and offers all the comfort and elegance you’d expect from the Hilton name. But what truly makes this place shine is the team. They turned what would have been a good trip into a truly memorable one!"

"This is a small room with only enough room for a set of bunk beds. The toilet is down the hall. However, it is surprisingly cozy and comfortable and I would recommend it to people who have to spend the night in the airport."
