The location couldn't be more perfect—right in the city center, within walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel itself was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always available to assist with any questions or recommendations. The view from my room was stunning, overlooking the beautiful crystal clear beach. Our Stay was full of unexpected Highlights! The Room has been upgraded and had an amazing Seaview! Very clean and comfy! We took Dinner at the rooftop restaurant - it was very delicious. Two Italian Gentlemen cooked in best Italian Homemade style! The Manager and his Team where extraordinary supportive, friendly and service oriented! We rate our stay with 5+ Stars out of 5! Our stay at the Valza hotel was wonderful. All the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The manager was a lovely man who helped us organise trips and took very great care of us. The breakfast was delicious and the view when having dinner from the hotel roof was superb! There were a number of lovely beaches near by and the walk into town was very pleasant. The hotel room was very big and clean with a great shower and lovely sunset view. We had a wonderful stay at the Valza and hope to return again. Thank you

New, clean & attractive building. Odd room layout - toilet is in the shower, and shower only has half a glass door, so everything gets wet. Breakfast on the rooftop was decent and nice. The location is adjacent to new construction - not too noisy during our stay, but also not the best view. Hotel is outside of the beach town so had to drive a nearby beach. Parking was covered and ample, but spaces were tight. Would likely stay within the beach town next time, but we needed parking.

Hotel Valza is beautiful and quiet. I liked that the hall lights were activated when someone was there, so they weren't on all night long. Breakfast was delicious, and the chefs of Eden were so accommodating. The parking garage was only inaccessible once when we returned late at night.

It’s a budget hotel with bare minimum facilities. Drinking water was not provided in the room and we have to purchase it from the restaurant on top or outside. Bathroom didn’t have proper shower caddy so water spillage was everywhere. Breakfast spread was good.

Nice Hotel but service not so good
Was seduced by the previous 10/10 rating but was left disappointed. Nice modern hotel but service was lax. For example breakfast was supposed to be served from 8am but was not ready at all at that time and clearly it was in demons as at least 10 people were left waiting. Equally booked a suite and part of the deal was to have 2 free drinks as part of deal- we’re not forthcoming and despite feedback to that effect heard nothing !
