"A very comfortable house with enough space for us all to enjoy our holiday (10 guests ranging from 2-72). It’s unusual to find a holiday house with genuinely comfortable seating in the sitting room and a proper dining table so everyone can eat together but Oaktree House has both of these. The rooms are all a good size and well set out. The garden is large and whilst not secure for dogs and errant toddlers it’s easy enough to keep an eye on them! "This is a lovely house, clean, well appointed with everything needed. There is a lovely, spacious living room and an ensuite bedroom, along with two further bedrooms, ideal for a quiet getaway for two for for small family. The location is on a riverbank, about five minutes' walk from the centre of the friendly and frankly underrated town of Wadebridge in Cornwall. "We had a wonderful 60th party with friends and family. The house was perfect for 3 nights and accommodated 26 of us really well. The kitchen was very well equipped and we managed to cook several meals without a problem. Located just outside Padstow we had plenty to keep us amused. Would definately recommend for a large group."
