Excellent location for getting to quay fir boat and ferry trips and within walking distance of Waitangi Treaty Grounds. (Although the steep walk back up hill after a day out is quite tough...but view was worth it). "

"From the moment we arrived my husband & I knew the home would be perfect. The views are magnificent. Location is excellent. We walked everywhere including to the grocery store, restaurants & shops. You just need a car for excursions. The beach at the bottom of the hill is lovely for swimming The home is so clean, organized & comfortable.
