Mona Vale Country Estate by Tiny Away sits in the peaceful town of Waikari, just an hour's drive from Christchurch, South Island New Zealand. It is close to the vibrant towns of Amberley and Waikuku Beach. It is conveniently situated just 15 minutes from renowned Waipara Wineries, including Pegasus Bay Winery, Greystone Wines, and Black Estate.
You can even take a short 44-minute drive to the alpine village of Hanmer Springs, known for its natural hot pools and stunning landscapes.
This lifestyle block surrounded by orchards that offer a private space and a fire pit where guests can relax under the magical, starry night sky. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home is just an hour's drive away from Christchurch. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for your use.

Guests will have access to the tiny house and enjoy privacy. However, access to the land host's private residence and other neighbouring properties will be restricted.

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
