Sleeps 10 (Max) with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, offering plenty of space for everyone. Perfect for families and in a highly desirable location. Whole house WiFi and access to streaming apps on 2 large flat screen TVs.

IDEAL LOCATION It’s a haven for bikers, golfers, skiers and outdoor enthusiasts!
Close to Trails: Premier biking and hiking trails.
Proximity to Ski Resorts: 1 mile to Mt. Ellen, 3 miles to Sugarbush, and 6 miles to Mad River Glen.
Conveniences: Less than 10 minutes to downtown for shopping, local breweries, restaurants and the amenities of the Mad River Valley! 25 miles to Stowe.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES AND POLICES
This property is part of a Homeowners Association: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please enjoy the property while being mindful of noise levels. Violations result in fines.

Parking: There is a 3-car limit for the driveway. Park only in the driveway. Do not park in the street or at the bottom of the hill—vehicles will be towed.

A security system with outdoor cameras is in place.
Indoor wood stove fireplace cannot be used due to insurance restrictions.
The garage and shed are not included in the rental.
Property is on a Septic System flush ONLY toilet paper.
No smoking anywhere in or on property.

1 DOG PET POLICY
We’re happy your 1 dog can join your vacation! Pick up after your dog in the yard (bags are in the mudroom).
Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Gates are available if needed.
You are responsible for any damage caused by your dog.

BEAR & TRASH AWARENESS
Bears are everywhere in Vermont and are attracted to trash.
Trash and recycling must be bagged and placed in the locked storage unit in the driveway. If left out, bears will get into the trash and remain on the property.

Leave NO trash or food in the house.
