"The staff are amazing at every point of the stay. The room was quite comfortable and amenities were plentiful. Food was delicious. This is a prime location for transportation access along with limo bus use. My only point of improvement, and it’s minor at best, if using the 47th floor lounge to relax, it is actually quite loud up there and while I was there- a lot of screaming and playing kids, so it defeated the purpose. It would be good for family time but not relaxing. "

"The area around the hotel was safe and multiple metro stations close by. The hotel was very clean and staff were so helpful. Would stay here again and recommend to friends and family! We were a family of four travelling with two kids (7 and 10), and also elderly parents (65 and 75)."
