It is sometimes very slow or intermittent, and in some rooms further away from the center there is no reach, for example room 145. "We checked in later in the afternoon. The young lady assigned us a room on the 6th floor. We entered the room and we were blown away by the smell. The room apeared clean but the smell was unbearable. ( it smelled like awfully sweaty feet...horrible)We went back to the receptionist and requested another room. She put us on the second floor and the room was clean without that awful smell. "

"Great location in Regensburg. The parking garage was a bit tricky to find, but easy to navigate once we knew where it was. We stayed Tuesday night through Saturday morning, and everything was amazing until Friday night when we were a bit surprised to find a nightclub right outside our window. It was warm in the room but we couldn’t open the window because the cigarette smoke was so thick and it was so noisy, until about 3am. Nothing the hotel can do about that, just something to be aware of!...
