"This is a lovely cosy B&B. The breakfast was brilliant (smoked salmon plus home made marmalade) and service excellent too. My room was very spacious, one small point - the bathroom was so hot, even though I turned off the towel rail socket the rail was still roasting. I can really recommend for business stays around Corby. I'd love to bring my wife here for a short stay to explore Rutland. "

The hotel is right at the ground and even has its own “grandstand” at one end of the bar where you can relax and enjoy a big screen experience. "I had not realized how beautifully located The Gresham is to old town Leicester. The Gresham could use some refurbishing (hall carpets as an example) however, the ambiance was perfect for me. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast each day was delicious with reasonable selections. My room was quite cozy and comfortable. I have other trips planned from the US to Leicester and I will always book The Gresham for my stay. Overall, it was perfect for my needs. "

"Beautiful venue, spacious room, amazing location, great communications and instructions beforehand. Really comfortable bed. However it was freezing cold!! Even with the radiators on full blast they stayed luke warm and the room and bathroom never warmed up. Water pressure in bath/shower also quite low. I would stay again if these areas were looked at."

"The location is great but we found the car park hard to find with the one way system. Reception said next left for it but next left was no entry! The room was very contemporary but the lighting dim (no hope with make up). The beds very soft which will suit some but not others. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was fine.
