"The room was big enough for 3 people. No hand towels provided. Sofa bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast is juice, coffee and bread so not a real breakfast. You have to go to the lounge to get drinking water for your room daily. Elevators are a bit slow. Close to many good places to eat and to transportation options. "

"We were on the third floor and the water pressure was so great that the showerhead kept blowing off the hose. The staff was very responsive and was up immediately to check on it and when they couldn’t fix it, someone quickly came up with a new showerhead and hose. Unfortunately, when my son turned the shower back on the nozzle on the new showerhead fell off, maybe it wasn’t tightened properly when they assembled it. I was able to put it back together myself. The room was a slightly odd layout...
